Workplace Wellbeing & Chaplaincy

Confidential Wellbeing Support for Your People

In your work space

Descripción del servicio

Confidential Support for People at Work Workplace Wellbeing & Chaplaincy provides employees with a confidential, independent and supportive space** to talk about challenges affecting their wellbeing — whether they arise at work or in their personal lives. Led by Daniel Troyak, Australia’s first full-time accredited Buddhist Prison Chaplain and an experienced Mindfulness-Based Therapist, the service combines professional listening, pastoral care, mindfulness and practical wellbeing support within the workplace. Daniel has extensive experience supporting people working in demanding and high-pressure environments, including providing wellbeing, pastoral and mindfulness support to staff within Corrective Services NSW and Community Corrections**. This brings a practical understanding of workplace stress, challenging environments and the value of having confidential, accessible support available to staff. Services can include one-to-one confidential wellbeing conversations, staff wellbeing check-ins, mindfulness and meditation sessions, and group programs, tailored to the needs and culture of each organisation. The service is inclusive and available to employees of all backgrounds, beliefs and cultures — no religious or meditation experience is required. Workplace chaplaincy can complement existing wellbeing initiatives and **Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) by providing an approachable human presence within the workplace. Employees may seek support for workplace pressures, stress, grief, significant change, relationships, personal difficulties or simply the opportunity to speak confidentially with someone independent of their immediate workplace structure. Programs can range from regular workplace visits and individual staff support to mindfulness programs, group wellbeing sessions and dedicated periods of chaplaincy support. Available to businesses, government services and organisations seeking a practical, compassionate and inclusive approach to employee wellbeing. Contact Daniel to discuss a Workplace Wellbeing & Chaplaincy program tailored to your organisation.
